On-Line Registration is HERE!!!
As most probably have received by now notification that the RHSC is supporting 100% player online registration of both Intramural and Travel team players. This is a wonderful and exciting step as many new capabilities can be offered ( credit card handling, the convenience of doing so remotely ) and there is more functionality for the Board members to learn - like Club-wide emails to enhance communication. During the on-line process, take the time to read the text that has been included to ensure that you properly perform the registration steps.

Highlights:
On-line Registration opens on June 1st for the 2007-2008 Intramural season, and closes June 30th.
The late fee ($30) is applied for those registering after June 15th.
As a convenience, the on-line system accepts credit cards.
New Fee Structure
In concert with the move to the on-line registration system, you will also see that the RHSC has revamped it's fee structure. In the past it was recognition that the previous fee did not correlate equitably to the financial management of the Club. What is now in place has each family being charged 2 components - an annual family "Club" fee, and then player fee(s).
New Coaches - Upcoming NSCAA Course
In accordance with RHSC Policy, coaches of U8 or older teams need to complete a coach certification, a USSF "Youth Module - F" Level Coaches license or equivalent ( e.g. NSCAA Non-Resident State Diploma ). This is a 5 hour commitment of time... the RHSC pays the attendance fee... but the knowledge that you can apply to practice sessions will benefit so many! At this time, we are in discussion about hosting a session this summer. The date & time is TBD. If you need to or wish to attend ( we'll never refuse those that want to learn how to be a more effective soccer coach! ), contact Brad Howland ( bhowland@us.ibm.com ) so we can keep in communication about dates and availability.
