Spring 2004 Season Opens on April 17th.



Spring Intramural Schedule - The Spring 2004 intramural soccer season begins Saturday, April 17th and runs until June 12th with a total of 8 games scheduled to be played. Please Note: There are NO games scheduled for the Memorial Day weekend.

Registration - Registration for the Fall2004-Spring2005 soccer season will be held on the soccer fields - regardless of precipitation - on Saturday, May 15th and Saturday, May 22nd from 9am to Noon. Please pick up registration forms at the table located near the shed and register at this time. This year the Board has enacted a LATE FEE of $25 for registration forms received after June 25th so please register ASAP. During this time we ask that everyone take the time to sign up to volunteer for one of the many activities. With over 350 families and close to 500 children involved, we need your volunteer support. Please inquire how you may help.

Travel Team Tryouts - The tryouts for travel teams is slated for Saturday, May 15th with a rainout date of May 22nd. The travel program is holding tryouts for Under 9, Under 10, and Under 11 co-ed players. Travel is suggested for players that exhibits above average skills, have a passion for soccer and desire the benefits of playing in a more challenging setting. Practices are generally twice a week and games are played on Sunday afternoons. Half of the games are played at home - in Red Hook - and half are away, generally 40-75 minutes by car.

Under 9 - Saturday, May 15th at Noon
Under 10 - Saturday, May 15th at 1pm
Under 11 - Saturday, May 15th at 2pm

Memorial Day Parade - The Club will be marching in the Red Hook Memorial Day Parade. The parade begins at the High School and teams are to meet in the parking lot.

Family Day - This years Family Day will be held on the last Saturday of the regularly scheduled season, June 12th. Parents will have the opportunity to join the fun on the field and refreshments will be provided by the Club.

Cleats Exchange & Shinguards - Reminder: The cleat exchange box - located in the shed - is there for your convenience. Take the time to keep those players feet properly outfitted and please consider donating those outgrown cleats as well. And remeber those shinguards as well... they are mandatory... and donating old shinguards is greatly appreciated too.

Parking/Garbage/Dog Policy - As always, child safety is a top priority so please take care when entering, exiting, and navigating through the parking area. Please keep a watchful eye on your children in the parking area as well as around the fields. There is absolutely no playing in the parking area. Also, we are a "carry-in/carry-out" program which means we are not providing garbage cans so please take the time not to leave items behind. And finally, because of health and safety concerns the Soccer Club has a "No Dog" policy, so please abide by this.
